Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign
Conceptualized and managed by Tagbin, Har Ghar Tiranga was a nationwide campaign to celebrate the 75 years of the country’s independence from the colonial rule. Under this programme, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inspired all Indians to invoke feelings of patriotism and promote awareness about the National Flag by hoisting it at their homes, offices, and institutions from 13-15 August 2022.
Digital Tiranga
To make the campaign a rousing success, Tagbin built a website where users could register themselves to be a part of the campaign. On the website, users were enabled to digitally ‘pin’ a flag and then upload a selfie with the Tiranga they hoisted. The interface also redirected the users to a digital tricolor constituted of millions of selfies uploaded by individuals during the run-through of the programme. People could zoom in and explore their selfies on this Digital Tiranga.
Har Ghar Tiranga Digital Programme
The website also showcases a map of India which reflects a state-wide division of the number of people who have participated in the Har Ghar Tiranga digital programme. By the end of the campaign, a total of 5 crore flags were pinned all across the country and 6 crore selfies were also uploaded. Users also received digital certificates as a token of appreciation for their enthusiastic participation.
