Tagbin Digital Tribute
Tagbin conceptualized a Digital Tribute campaign launched on 12 March 2022 as an initiative to pay tribute to our martyrs by lighting a digital flame in the sky. This campaign also fortified the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations in the country.
A Tech-Adept Flame
An LED Screen and Digital Flame surrounded by dandelion lights were set up at the Central Park in Connaught Place in New Delhi. These lights symbolised the blooming flowers, a symbol of growth and hope. The digital flame in the center lit up in the sky each time a tribute was paid. The essence of the light grew brighter with every tribute. As a user paid the tribute, their name and the message flashed on the screen, and a ray of light lit up the sky to mark the honor. The beam of light was so strong that it could be spotted from 30 kms away on a clear night sky at full intensity.
Digital Tribute Campaign
The Digital Tribute is surrounded by an illuminated metallic floral sculpture inspired by the courage and determination of our freedom fighters. The design of the floral sculpture finds its inspiration in nature, with flowers linked to ideas of hope, strength, and positivity.
The campaign is aimed at strengthening the citizens’ feelings of patriotism and harmony towards the country and the souls that laid down their lives for the freedom we revel in today. Users also received the recorded video of their tribute via e-mail or WhatsApp. The LED Screen was operational post-sunset but people had the opportunity to send their messages 24*7. As of February ‘23, more than 97 lakh tributes have been paid.
